Open mindfulness and meditation exercise group

The monthly meeting is intended for people who already have experience with mindfulness and meditation.

Shared Dharma practice and exchange among like-minded people, with the aim of promoting and deepening awareness and wisdom in everyday life.

Our approach

Mindfulness and meditation are understood as a more conscious encounter with life, not as a retreat. The temporary concentration of attention on a single object and the development of a comprehensive, open awareness deepen, sharpen and broaden perception. The basic attitude of our practice is patient acceptance of what we encounter in this awareness. Our focus is on cultivating a relaxed and clearly conscious awareness in the present moment, even beyond meditation. Relaxed practice without thoughts of achievement.
